As the President of Huntaro, Inc. Jonathan Hunter provides overall leadership for the company’s direction and moral vision. He has been in the real estate investment industry since 2011. His expertise in project and construction management has helped to make him a perfect fit for this role. 

 

Jonathan is responsible for structuring creative funding and financing for the acquisition of the company’s investment properties. He also coordinates strategic partnerships for collaborative ventures and mentors individuals interested in real estate.

 

Jonathan has always had a passion for transforming what some might consider “nothing” or “unimportant” into something beautiful and sustaining. He brings a very strong compassionate approach when working with distressed homeowners. 

 

Jonathan understands the renovation process very well and is not afraid “to get his hands dirty” when necessary. 

He also enjoys solving complex problems and is committed to providing people a safe, clean and well-built place to live.

 

Jonathan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his Master of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
